What is the minimum volume for high-volume recruitment?
We run high-volume projects starting at 30 simultaneous openings, or recurring processes of 10+ positions per month. Smaller volumes are handled under our standard per-opening recruitment model.
How long does it take to fill 100 frontline roles?
It depends on the profile and location, but on average we deliver 100 hired candidates in 3-5 weeks, with weekly batches of 20-30 people starting in the second week. Full headcounts of 200-500 people are closed in 6-10 weeks.
Do you charge per opening or per project?
For high-volume recruitment we charge a flat fee per hired candidate or batch packages (for example, a lot of 50 hires). The model is defined in the initial proposal based on volume, profile and time window.
Do you hire the staff, or do we hire them?
Both options are available. We can deliver candidates for you to hire directly under your tax ID (RFC), or operate under a staffing model and hire them ourselves under our RFC with full employer responsibility. This is decided during the proposal phase.
Do you run medical exams and background checks?
Yes. We have agreements with certified clinics across Mexico for pre-employment medical exams, and with credit bureaus for employment, education, criminal-record and socioeconomic background checks. These are included or quoted based on the needs of each project.
Can you run high-volume recruitment in remote or border locations?
Yes. We have local consultants and providers in border cities (Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez, Reynosa), the Bajío corridor (Querétaro, Guanajuato, Aguascalientes), the northern Bajío (San Luis Potosí, Zacatecas) and the southeast. We run local attraction with market knowledge of each location.
