Cuautlancingo / Puebla
VW, Tier 1 suppliers, Finsa and Hermes industrial parks.
Puebla has long been—and remains—one of Mexico's most important automotive hubs, home to Volkswagen and Audi Mexico, with a dense network of Tier 1 and 2 suppliers across the Cuautlancingo, Huejotzingo and San José Chiapa industrial zones. Our local operation also covers the textile and apparel sector, processed foods, light manufacturing and the educational services of the university corridor.
Puebla's economy revolves around the Volkswagen plant in Cuautlancingo and the Audi plant in San José Chiapa, which together anchor more than 200 automotive suppliers with constant demand for process, quality, maintenance, internal logistics and manufacturing supervision engineers. For these profiles we apply technical recruitment with English and/or German language skills, competency-based assessments tailored to European OEM culture, and fast-turnaround processes (typical delivery of 2-4 weeks).
In addition, Puebla is home to a textile and apparel industry (Tehuacán, Atlixco, the city of Puebla), food processing (dairy, cured meats, bakeries) and educational services (BUAP, UPAEP, Iberoamericana, Anáhuac). Its proximity to Mexico City (~120 km, 2 hours by highway) makes hybrid arrangements easy for professionals who want to live in Puebla and work for companies headquartered in the capital.
