Frequently asked questions

We answer the most common questions from HR leaders.

Do you have experience with IATF 16949-certified plants?
Yes, extensive experience. We have filled hundreds of openings for automotive Tier 1 and Tier 2 OEM suppliers with IATF 16949 certification, particularly quality, process, and manufacturing engineers and line supervisors.
Do you handle bilingual recruitment for plants with foreign HQs?
Yes. For companies headquartered in the United States, Germany, Japan, Korea, or China, we fill roles requiring fluency in the corporate language. We require a minimum C1 level for management roles reporting abroad and B2 for middle management.
Do you cover plants in remote locations such as Yucatán or Hidalgo?
Yes. We have experience with plants in Yucatán (the Mérida aerospace cluster), Hidalgo (the Pachuca-Tula corridor), Aguascalientes (Nissan), and other regional markets. Wherever there is an industrial plant, we can recruit.
How long does it take to fill a Plant Manager role?
Plant Manager or Operations Director positions take between 30 and 60 calendar days. The challenge is usually finding candidates with proven experience in plants of similar size and complexity, fluency in the corporate language, and a willingness to relocate when applicable.
